Pumpkin Pie Dessert Squares (Jennifer Clark)

1-29 oz can pumpkin

1 tsp cloves

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp ginger

3 eggs

1 c sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

1 c evaporated milk


Mix ingredients together and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.



1 yellow cake mix

2 cubes melted butter

1 c chopped pecans


Sprinkle cake mix straight from the box over the pumpkin mixture. Dribble melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle pecans over all. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
