Homemade Mac and Cheese (Jennifer Clark)

1-24 oz pkg macaroni noodles, cooked

butter or margarine, sliced

Velveeta Cheese, sliced

salt and pepper to taste

milk


Line 9 x 13 pan with half the cooked noodles. Top noodles with butter slices, then with cheese slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat a second layer as above. Pour approximately 1/4 inch of milk over noodles (this makes it more creamy.) Cook, uncovered, if NOT frozen, at 350 for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.


**If Casserole is frozen, you can let thaw and then cook, or you can put it directly into the oven. If put directly into the oven, it will take an hour to an hour and a half to cook.
