Orange Julius (Jennifer Clark)

1-6 oz can orange juice

1 c milk

1 c water

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 c sugar

8-10 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients in blender. Yields 4 cups.

Carmal Apple Cider (Jennifer Clark)

apple juice

cinnamon syrup

caramel ice cream topping

real whipped cream

Combine 1 oz of cinnamon syrup for every 8 oz of apple juice and heat until warm. (For large amounts heat in a pan over the stove and for a small glass the microwave works great!) Cover the bottom of serving cups with caramel and fill with hot cider. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel. Serve warm.

Hints: Use the squeezable bottles of both the whipped topping and the caramel, it makes it so easy! I buy my cinnamon syrup at Orson Gygi in Salt Lake at 3500 S. 300 W. It comes in a large glass bottle and is a drink flavoring used in Italian sodas and other hot drinks.
