Mom's enchilada sauce

1/2 c. oil

1/4 c. chili powder

1/2 c. flour


4 c. water

1 15oz. can tomatoe sauce

3 tbsp. chicken bullion

garlic powder/salt to taste




Heat oil. Add chili powder and flour, using a wisk to mix. Stir for about 30 seconds, then add water and tomatoe sauce. Bring to a boil and add spices. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Use as many places as possible!!!! :)
