2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
6 eggs
dash of vanilla
dash of salt
Mix all ingredients well. Batter will be very runny. Grease pan (with Pam) between pancakes. Pour by about 1/4 cup into very warm pan. Rotate pan until batter is evenly spread across pan. Cook (stove is on slightly higher than warm) on first side until batter is mostly dry, then flip. I won't need to cook as long on the other side.
To serve, put butter and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar, sliced strawberries and cool whip, Nutella, or even peanut butter. Roll them up or fold in half (depending on filling) and enjoy!!!
