Ham Fried Rice (Jennifer Clark)

2 tbsp butter or margarine

1-2 eggs, beaten

2 c rice, cooked

1/2 c chopped ham or bacon, cooked

2 tbsp finely chopped onion

1 tsp sugar or honey

1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce


Scramble the eggs in butter. Fry the onion until soft. Add all other ingredients. Stir to combine. Steam for 15 minutes over low heat.
