6-7 oz. milk
1 egg yolk
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1/4 c sugar
Let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
Place in bread tins and drizzle 2 tbsp melted butter on top along with chopped pecans and almonds, 1/2 c sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Let rise a little.
Preheat oven to 375. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and add the following glaze:
Glaze:
1 c powdered sugar
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp butter
