1 1/2 tsp salt
3 c hot water
1/2 c oil
3/4 c sugar
3 c. bread flour
Mix until smooth like cake batter. Add 3 eggs and beat the heck out of them! (Number 2 on the Bosch of 1/2 minutes) Sprinkle 2 tbsp yeast on top. Mix well on number 1. Keep adding bread flour a bit at a time until the dough cleans the sides of the bowl. (about 5-6 c) Turn of machine, cover, and let stand for 15 minutes, then stir down which means turn machine on to number 1 and count to 3. Cover with towel and do this again every 15 minutes for one hour. The dough has started rising and this makes it start over again in hopes of a fluffy roll. Shape into rolls by pinching off a portion and with a floured hand roll it on the counter so it spins itself into a little ball and place on a sheet. Let rise 30 to 60 minutes. Bake at 350 for 15-30 minutes. Cool on rack. These freeze well.
