Sour Cream Potatoes (Jennifer Clark)

8 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled, and cubed

1 stick margarine

1/2 c chopped green onions

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 pint sour cream

2 c grated cheese


Cover bottom of 9 x 13 dish with potatoes. In a pan melt butter and add onion. Saute over low heat for 5 minutes. Add soup, sour cream, and cheese to onions. Blend well and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
