Oven Fried Chicken (Jennifer Clark)

3/4 to 1 c flour

2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1 tbsp paprika

1 cube butter

whatever kind of chicken you have on hand


Melt 1 cube butter in 9 x 13 pan. Shake chicken pieces in bag with mixture. Place in pan, skin side down. Repeat until you are out of mixture. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake additional 20-30 minutes.
