Pinto Bean Fudge (Jennifer Clark)

2/3 c canned milk

1 2/3 c sugar

1 1/2 diced marshmallows

1 1/2 c chocolate chips

1/2 c chopped nuts

1 c cooked, strained beans

1 tsp vanilla


Combine milk and sugar in a heavy pot. Boil 7 or 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and stir until marshmallows dissolve. Pour into a buttered pan.


Cool and cut into squares.
