Peas and Tuna on Toast (Jennifer Clark)

1 can of tuna, drained

1/2 c butter, melted

1/2 c flour

1 can peas, drained

3 c milk or half and half


Melt butter in a pan. Add flour to melted butter with a whisk. Keep stirring until thickened. Salt and pepper to taste. After sauce is thickened, pour in tuna and peas; heat thoroughly. Serve on toast.
