Oven Breakfast (Shanna Wheeler)

4 c hash browns

2/3 c butter

2 c cheddar cheese

2 c Swiss cheese

2 c bacon or ham, cooked

1 c evaporated milk

6 eggs

1/2 tsp salt


Pour melted butter over packed down hash browns in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes. Mix other ingredients together and pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
