Mom's Chicken and dumpling soup

6 c. chicken broth

1 c. diced cooked chicken


*Dumpling

1 c. flour

2 large eggs, mixed

1 tsp. salt

enough water to make a sticky dough
Mix dumlping ingredents in a samll bowl until moist. Drop 1/2 tsp. size dough balls into boiling broth. Diced celery, carrots, and onions my be added as desired. Simmer until veggies are tender or dumplings are cooked (about 10 minutes). *I usually double the dumplings. My family loves them and I never seem to have enough. I have also made the dumplings, just boiled in water, and served them with a creamy chicken sause with sheredded chicken in it (like at Knott's Berry Farm). Yummy!!!
