1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 can chicken broth
2/3 c. milk
3 c. cooked chicken
1 can whole new potatoes, diced
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen peas & carrots
1 pie crust
Melt butter in a pan. Stir in flour, onion, salt and pepper. Cook until bubbly. Stir in broth and milk. Heat to boiling. Boil about 1 minute or until thickened. Add chicken and veggies. Heat oven to 450. Fill the crust with filling. Bake for about 35 minutes.
