Ginger Snaps (Jennifer Clark)

3/4 c shortening

1 c sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp ginger

1 egg

3 tbsp corn syrup

2 tbsp molasses

2 tsp baking soda

2 c four

Mix ingredients, roll into balls, roll in sugar. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
