Crockpot Chicken (mostly for tacos)

Chicken breast in crockpot
enough water to cover chicken
Cook until chicken shredds. Remove the water from the crockpot and put into a large pot on the stove. Shredd chicken and put it back into the crockpot.
Bring the following ingredients to a boil: 1 lb tomatillos, 1-2 sorreno peppers, 1 onion. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Fish out those three ingredients and place in a blender along with:
1/8 tsp cumin, 1 bunch of cilantro, chicken bullion and garlic to taste.
Pour as much of the boiled water as desired into blender (the more the water, the more runny the sauce will be). Blend well. Pour over the chicken in the crockpot and cook on low until ready to eat. Can be served on tortillas or in a salad. Freezes well.
