Chocolate Frosting (Jennifer Clark)

1/4 c milk

1/4 c cocoa

1/4 c margarine

2 c powdered sugar

Combine milk, cocoa, and margarine in a bowl and mix until combined. Add powdered sugar and mix well (add more powdered sugar of thicker frosting).
