Broccoli Casserole (Shanna Wheeler)

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 c mayo (must be mayo)

curry powder, to taste

2-3 tbsp lemon juice

3 chicken breast, cooked and diced

big bag broccoli florets

1/2 box of stuffing

Parmesan cheese


In a bowl, combine soup, mayo, curry powder and lemon juice; mix well. Layer ingredients in a 9 x 13 baking dish:



  • Broccoli


  • chicken


  • soup mixture


  • stuffing


  • Parmesan cheese

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
