Black Bean Soup/Dip (Shanna Wheeler)

2 tbsp ground cumin

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, diced

3 tbsp olive oil

1 can corn


Brown ingredients together and add:


2 cans pureed black beans

1 can black beans

1 bottle medium salsa


Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Add fresh tomato or cheese when serving.
