Barbecue Bacon Chicken

3 lbs chicken breast

1 bottle bbq sauce

bacon- 2 slices per breast

1 c Colby jack cheese

2 tomatoes, dices

2 avocados, diced

sour cream


Place chicken in a 9 x 13 pan. Cover with bbq sauce. Bake at 300 for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Remove and add bacon and cheese. Put back into the oven until the cheese melts. Serve garnished with tomato, avocado, and sour cream.
