- Mix 1 1/4 c apple juice, 1/2 c sugar, and 3 tbsp cornstarch in saucepan. Cook on medium heat 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring
- Place 2 cups halved strawberries, cut sides down in graham cracker pie crust.
- Pour gelatin mixture over strawberries. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
