Oven Baked Chimichangas (Jennifer Clark)

2/3 c salsa

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp oregano

1 1/2 c shredded chicken or beef

1 c cheese

2 green onions

6 flour tortillas

1 tbsp melted butter or margarine


Mix first 6 ingredients. Put 1/2 c of mixture on tortillas, fold sides in, then roll from the bottom. Place seam side down on the cookie sheet and brush with butter. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. They are also good reheated, if there are any left! :)
