Easy, Cheesy potatoes (Amber Church)

2-24 oz. bags frozen potatoes or hash browns

1 16 oz. sour cream

16 oz. shredded cheese

8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese

1-10.75 oz can chicken soup

3 green onions, chopped

8 slices bacon, chopped (or bacon bits)

1/4 c butter, melted




Combine, put in dish, and top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 50min. Remove foil for last 5 minutes.
