Chicken Roll-ups with Cream Cheese (Jennifer Clark)

1 1/4 c boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced

1- 6 to 8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 tsp chives

1 tbsp butter or margarine, melted

2-3 tubes crescent rolls, uncooked

1/2 tsp lemon pepper

1 box *Stove Top Stuffing, crushed

(*In place of the chives and lemon pepper use the seasoning packet. Use 1/4 of pkg in cheese mixture and 3/4 with the stuffing mix to roll crescents in.)

1/4 c chopped walnuts or pecans

Cream together cheese and butter. Add the chicken. Unroll the crescent tolls and put approximately 1/4 c of cheese mixture in each roll. Roll and seal crescent. Dip into melted butter and roll into Stove Top and nuts. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, on an ungreased cookie sheet.
