Candied Chicken (Jennifer Clark)

Sauce:

1 1/2 c brown sugar

1/4 c mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 c ketchup

1/4 c grated onion

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 c water


Chicken:

6-10 boneless, skinless chicken breast

1 tsp flour

1 c plain bread crumbs

1 tsp oregano


Mix together flour, bread crumbs, and oregano into pie tin. Roll chicken breast into mixture. Brown chicken in frying pan and put into a greased rectangular pan. Combine all ingredients for sauce into a big pan. Bring to a boil and then pour over breaded chicken. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
